4 1/2 minute montage showing life, love, and death encountered by the couple towards the beginning in Up
Max leaving the island of the monsters and Carol's howl as he sadly watches him leave towards the end in Where the Wild Things Are
Expectations vs. Reality split screen sequence concluding with Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) running out into the street which turns animated in (500) Days of Summer
The closing sequence where Guido directs his movie with everyone surrounding him, the crane rising up and him saying "Action" in Nine
